What Do We Offer?

 

Our training methods are varied, but our programme is boxing based, whether it be technique, endurance, conditioning or high intensity, fitness based. However, to maximise the workout, we can offer medicine ball training, High Intensity Internval (HIIT) training, strength workouts, endurance and stamina training, Circuit training, as well as other forms of fitness and conditioning in order to offer the full and complete package.
